Once you have selected a location or a sub location in your Asite Field app, it displays the PDF drawing plan for selected location (or sublocation) on the next screen as available. The selected location is displayed at the top.
From the PDF drawing plan view on Asite Field app, you are able to create new location forms, view existing location forms as individual location form pins as well as filter them for selected location as explained below:
A location form pin icon appears for each form created for selected location. The color of location form pin indicates related form status based on how form statuses are configured on your project.
On tap of the form pin, related form gets highlighted and appears filtered in the form listing.
Tap on a record to open any of the listed forms and it opens separately in a parallel view along-side the list of forms.
To remove the filter, click on the cross icon showing opposite the form code. It will then list out all forms for selected location.
On tap of the funnel icon at top right, you are able to apply filters to the form listing, show or hide all location pins, or show location form pins only for forms assigned to you as required.
From the forms listing parallel view, you can also:
Use the filter option to apply search filters based on standard form attributes (like created date, form type, originator, originator org, recipient, recipient org, status, task due date and task status), or filter out overdue and/or completed tasks separately as required.
Sort the forms listing based on available form attribute options (like creation date, due date and title).
Tap on the icon at left hand side to open the plan view again as required.
Tap on left hand arrow icon to go back to previous level of location in the hierarchy.
