Once you have selected a project in your Asite Field app, you can see a Field homepage.

It enables you to do a number of things on the project you've selected:

Raise Default Form - Enables you to raise a form which is configured as default Field form on selected project. Tap here for detailed help.

No. of New Tasks - Enables you to view total number of new tasks assigned on selected project, in relation to location task forms and any other forms enabled for 'Field' module.

No. of Tasks Due Today - Enables you to view total number of tasks due today on selected project, in relation to location task forms and any other forms enabled for 'Field' module.

No. of Tasks Due This Week - Enables you to view total number of tasks due this week on selected project, in relation to location task forms and any other forms enabled for 'Field' module.

No. of Overdue Tasks - Enables you to view total number of overdue tasks on selected project, in relation to location task forms and any other forms enabled for 'Field' module.

Explore Locations - Enables you to explore locations and sub locations in selected project or go to previously selected location (if any) on selected project.

Raise Other Form - Enables you to create a new location enabled form.

Edit - Enables you to edit the field homepage options.

Tapping on 'Edit' link available at top right, you get an option to remove different options you are seeing on the field homepage. Tap on remove icon corresponding to the option you need to remove.

Additionally, you can tap on + icon at top right which opens a layered screen. Tap to add more options to:

  • define a shortcut for creating forms from a filtered set of different types of forms.

  • define a shortcut for creating forms of selected form type(s) as applicable in selected project.

  • define a shortcut for navigating to a specific project folder.

  • define a shortcut for navigating to a specific project location.

  • define a shortcut for creating project forms of a specific type.
