To download project location(s) data on your mobile device storage, you need to first follow the steps for selecting a location or a sub location. Tap here to understand how to select a location or a sub location (See steps 1 and 2).
Once the project is selected, it shows location(s) configured in selected project.
To download data for selected or all locations in selected project, tap on cloud icon with down arrow showing opposite the project name.
A checkbox appears opposite the location(s) so you can select one or more of them as required. Use the keyword search option to search through the list if required.
To select all, tap on 'Select All' option available at the top. To clear the selection if any, tap on 'Clear All'.
Tap on 'Save' at bottom right to confirm the selection. Else, tap 'Cancel' to go back to the previous screen.
A prompt will appear indicating the approximate download size for selected data. Tap 'Select' to continue. Else, tap 'Cancel' to go back to the previous screen.
The selected project location(s) data will start downloading to your local device storage and a message will appear accordingly.
Once the project location(s) data is downloaded, a green tick will appear, instead of the cloud icon with down arrow which was appearing before download.
Accordingly, the project locations for which data is downloaded will show a green tick corresponding to them.
If there are more levels of locations or sublocations in your project, you can navigate to other levels of sublocations in a similar order for downloading relevant location specific data. In such a case you can use the breadcrumb trail showing at the top to directly switch to other locations in the hierarchy as applicable.
