There are multiple ways using which you can sign in on Asite Field app.

1. To Sign In using ‘Cloud Sign-On’ option, enter your email address registered with Asite and tap ‘Continue’.

If you had signed in earlier on the same device, you may be able to skip this step by directly selecting your account. Learn how to manage accounts in your device.

2. On the next screen, select data center for your account. Available options are - Asite Cloud / Asite US Gov. Cloud (Hosted in AWS GovCloud (US) / Asite UAE Cloud / Asite KSA Cloud / Asite Canada Cloud / Asite Hong Kong Cloud.
Once done, tap ‘Continue’ to proceed.

3. On the next screen, enter your Asite password then tap ‘Continue’ to proceed. Else, tap on ‘Back to Sign In’ link to go back to the previous screen if needed.

Just in case you don’t remember the password for your account, you always have an option to tap on ‘Forgotten your Password?’ link and reset your password by following the instructions on screen.
Else, tap on ‘Back to Sign In’ link to go back to the previous screen if needed.

4. If ‘Secondary Authentication’ is enabled for your user account, you will need to enter a separate authentication code every time you are signing in on Asite. In case you need to enable ‘Secondary Authentication’ for your account, drop us an email with required details – your registered email address and the name of organization you are associated with.

This one-time authentication code would be sent instantly to your registered email address after you have entered your sign in credentials and tapped on 'Sign In' button, and needs to be entered on the next screen that appears right after - within a limited time period of 5 minutes.

In case you are unable to receive the one-time authentication code or enter the code in mentioned time period, you can enter your sign in credentials and try again.

1. If your account demands or is configured to use Single Sign-On, tap ‘Use Single Sign-On (SSO)’ link available at bottom of ‘Sign In’ screen.

Once you or other users sign in to Asite Field on a mobile device, it will be remembered next time (up to a maximum of ten user accounts at a time) so that same user need not enter their email address again, unless the saved account/s are cleared. Please note that only one user can sign in at a time on Asite Field.

To clear already remembered accounts in your Asite Field, you need to first sign out of existing accounts if any. Next, go to the account selection screen from where you sign in to Asite Field by selecting an account. Tap ‘Clear all accounts from this device’ to clear all accounts saved in Asite Field on your device.

Once logged in, open the left hand menu by tapping on menu icon (with three parallel horizontal lines) showing at left hand side and select 'Logout' option to sign out of your Asite Field app.

Once signed out, you will be taken back to the account selection screen from where you can sign in again to Asite Field by selecting an account as and when required.
