Users can sign in to Asite Field using their Asite credentials or a Single Sign-On (SSO) account.
Prerequisites
An active Asite account.
If using a Single Sign-On (SSO) login, a configured SSO account.
If Secondary Authentication is enabled, access to the configured authentication application or a recovery code is required.
Sign In to Asite Field Using Cloud Sign-On
Open the Asite Field app.
Enter the registered email address.
Click Continue.
Select the required Data Centre from the dropdown.
Available options include:
Asite Cloud
Asite US Gov. Cloud
Asite UAE Cloud
Asite KSA Cloud
Asite Canada Cloud
Asite Hong Kong Cloud
NOTE: The option to select Data Centre appears only for those users who are associated with multiple data centres. Contact your organisation administrator if the correct data centre is not known.
Click Continue.
Enter the account password.
Click Sign In.
If prompted, enter the authentication code generated by your preferred authentication application.
The authentication code will be requested only if secondary authentication (TOTP) is enabled for your account. To learn more, check Two-Factor Authentication via TOTP.
TIP: Previously signed-in accounts appear on the log-in screen if multiple users are using the same device. This allows quicker access without the need to enter the email ID again.
NOTE: If the password is forgotten, click Forgot Password and follow the on-screen instructions to reset it.
Sign In Using Single Sign-On (SSO)
Open the Asite Field app.
On the login screen, enter your email address.
Click Use Single Sign-On (SSO).
If prompted, select the Data Centre.
NOTE: If a user account is associated with multiple tenants, an option to switch between tenants appears during Single Sign-On login.
Click Continue.
If prompted, enter the authentication code generated by the authentication application. To learn more, check Two-Factor Authentication via TOTP.
Signing Out of Asite Field
Log in to Asite Field.
From the Home Page, tap the left-hand menu.
Tap Logout from the list.
