Users can quickly work with project files on the go using the Asite Field App.
Access, view, and manage project files directly from a mobile device.
Add comments, link files, and update statuses directly in the app.
How Do I Search and Filter Files in Field?
To quickly search for a specific file, use the available File filter options.
Tap Files in the bottom bar.
A new screen will open showing all files a user has access to in the selected project.
Tap the filter
icon (top-right).
Choose from the available filters to quickly find the required file.
For detailed information on each filter type, check Search and Filter Files.
NOTE: Each filter has its own input type (dropdown, text box or date picker) and, upon clicking, opens a menu for users to enter the required input to apply that filter.
Accessing File Information
Users can quickly view metadata information for a selected file in the Field app.
From the Asite Field Home, tap Files in the bottom bar.
Tap Cloud Files.
Locate the required file.
Click the more options
icon next to the chosen file. 
Tap File Information to view it.
